When a refund may apply

We'll happily make it right if:

• You were charged but never received access to your content, and
• You contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your email and transaction details.

Crypto payments

On-chain payments are irreversible by nature. If a verified payment didn't unlock your content due to a technical issue, we'll resolve delivery or arrange a refund to your wallet.
